Ngigi we need!!!
Mercy , on 21 May 2010 09:05am
Not every jagons stated shld b published. Anambra need a leader who wil lead, guild and direct them. If were God,i will strick any being dat claim to eat money on dat seat to death. Whn one or two dies nobody wil struggle 4 d seat anymore, instead, they wil like to be faithful. Nonsense shld nt last 4ever.Anambra pple, try and put a gud thoughts in ur minds.that u ar Ngige, Obi and Soludo, all dis does nt matter.wht matters is how do u suport d ruling one and help to make things work out fine? Then next tenure u may equally campign to make thgs work better. Life is nt forever!! So easy my pple.

GOD help us in this state, because we have seen many and they have come and go why state house remains there vote for someone that always plan for future and manage what we have we want to be like calabar and abuja who will make us be like them. obi do not disappoint us we know you can make it carry go, with god fearing APGA for life
Ijeleoma, on 04 Feb 2010 08:02pm
Dr. Ngige and Gov. Peter Obi have taken turns raping Anambra State. Ngige unrelenting rape has yeild him dividends in houses in Maryland/DC areas and millions of dollars in various US banks. Yes he paid worker's salaries and build roads, still he is a looter. Gov. Peter Obi continued with his unprecented 250million naira a month loot. Both Dr. Ngige and Gov. Peter Obi should allow Professor Soludo who dealt CBN so severly that a brother was called in from North to clean his bank mess. He will make Anambra state another Dubai oh yes, just as he made Nigerian banks any envy of international community like banks in Hong Kong.
Hon iyke, on 03 Feb 2010 06:02am
whatever the reason is ...whether the writer was paid or not..okey Nwosu or whatevr their names is should not been given a chance to rule Anambra...they are all angels who Anambra doesnt know like Peter did..so is better we give it to that devil that brought us out of that mesy hole Mbadinuju kept us long ago..ngige needs to comeback to the Government House

Ngige willcarry theday believe it or not.He showed us that there is money in Anambra. People so much believe in him. Let our vote count and you will see that Ngige will garther up to 90% votes cast in Anambra State.

How did peter obi get the apga ticket. Thank you my good friend, this explains why apga is dieing on his lap. Okey nwosu is the builder, the unifier, the harmonizer, concensus builder. You have to have these features to be able to nurture a party; first apga, now again adc.
Thompson eni, on 31 Oct 2009 11:10am
I wonder where you people got the idea from that okey nwosu will unite anambrans.let qickely remind us that in 2003 when the APGA ticket was giving to obi okey nwosu whent and mobolise some boys to attact obi but thank God nothing happened aruming all that hapqend to obi happend to okey he would have set d state on fire.obi is good at managing crisis.the obi government has done very well he need another 4years to turn d state around.peter obi is d man let support him 4a second tenor
Toochuks, on 28 Oct 2009 01:10pm
cantankerous Emeka, Soludo is out. Lets not be blinded by our ego, or personal relationship, or what we may have to gain as individuals. We need to be more broad minded. Facts are like nasty stains, they just cannot go away or wished away, ...always there. Failure, corruption, ills committed against a people or a nation will be there in the history book, in 10, 20, 50 years, ad infinitum. Soludo must bear his cross.
Emeka, Ogbonnia, on 28 Oct 2009 01:10pm
Soludo is not a candidate in this election and I doubt whether Gov Obi will be one. I am watching the APGA case seriously. This election from all indication will be between Ngige and Nwosu. Ngige seed to have too much luggage. We need reconcilliation and visionary leadership for Anambra to move forward. I got the gut feeling that we should start to brace up for Okey Nwosu Governorship. I read his acceptance speech and I am impressed.
Ifeoma Adiche, on 27 Oct 2009 03:10pm
Truth is bitter, but paid falsehood is poison. Give us the truths; our state Anambra is the worst in Nigeria, Peter Obi and Ngige have governed the state, therefore, they are out. Soludo, our banking stinks, corporate CEOs became 419ers, (conmen), on your watch, surrender the kick backs. Please Okey Nwosu take over and count on my support in every way. God bless you for daring again inspite of the APGA betrayal in 2003.
Ijeoma olisa, on 27 Oct 2009 03:10pm
Tell us the antecedents of these people before they, served in government in Nigeria. I hear peter is a trader and money launderer, so minus him, lets know about the other two.
Ada oramulu, on 27 Oct 2009 03:10pm
Ngige is a performer any day. He is not corrupt, and he does not have a house any where.
Ejiofor ozo, on 27 Oct 2009 03:10pm
Your editorial is superficial. Thank good that readers are able to comment to bring out the flesh. We needed to know where these people are coming from. After reading some of the comment on sunday, I did some research and men, your three choices stink and they cannot lead our dear state if we really want to grow. We cannot join some Nigerians at home to pay lipservice to corruption. Trully in China and even in advanced democracies Soludo would not be running for any elections now. Ngige and Peter certainly are eccentric and too petty to lead o modern state. It all depends on what we want, and I must not fail to as umu-Anambra, what do you want, statusquo or change?
Sopulu mba, on 26 Oct 2009 04:10pm
soludo is the worst regulator to lead any central bank in the world. Ngige and Peter are still trouble, too childish and timid egomaniacs. These billionaires via corruption are not good role models. We may need to conduct a pool here in the USA to examine how sane we still are.
Akunnia egenti, on 26 Oct 2009 04:10pm
If the election is held today Okey Nwosu will win based on past record and manifestoes.
Ifeoma adiche, on 26 Oct 2009 04:10pm

Anambra guber has become a billonaires affair as far as the media is concerned. Where did Ngige, Peter and Soludo make their million. It is so sad. Shouldn't we based here in the US do something to change this. We are doomed then because we cannot steal from any treasury here in exile.
Ifeoma odenigbo, on 26 Oct 2009 04:10pm
Shame, how can you reward people involved in cheating and defrauding Anambrarians and Nigerians with the governorship of Anambra.
Andy, and Soludo did at federal levels. Ngige and Peter at state level, and Mbadinuju and
the PPA Uche Ekwunife brought Anambra to its knees, I wait and see how Anambra recognises their own. Why would corruption, armed robbery and kidnapping stop if we too reason like this. Lets search out the servant leaders and builders among the contestants and help rebuild our state.
Oguejiofor, Lazarus, on 26 Oct 2009 04:10pm
Your editorial is like a paid advert. Why do you think China is growing. How can the Regulatory Boss who connived with Corporations to defraud Nigeria and cause our economy so much anguish be rewarded with the governorship of a state. This regulator connived with bank bosses to give loan to themselves fraudulently. Please dig deep on what happened in the banking industry and how all these people became billionaires when the loan are not performing. Ngige and Peter would continue to divide our people. Please let us have the others. Dont reward cheating and corruption.
Ndidi Agu,, on 26 Oct 2009 04:10pm
We must think home, and borrow from America. Ideas and not money rule the world. If these your three choices are the best what are we all still doing here. They have all served at different levels, all they have to show aree fatter bank accounts but the country remain under developed, and the people poverty striken and for us we better remain refugees than go to our country. We need new blood, with great vitality.
Emeka, on 26 Oct 2009 04:10pm
I believe okey nwosu paid the people who made the above comments or he forged names to advertise himself. the 1983 slogan of "onye malusia n' ogada omaluma na azo nso" is repeating itself. Please let Anambra people elect a man of vision who is not despreptely trying to chase away poverty from his lineage. Allow people who have a vision. I think the man is soludo
David oti, on 24 Oct 2009 01:10am
you are election riggers. how can an american organisation like you declare results even before the campaign starts.
Emeka Chukwuemika, on 24 Oct 2009 01:10am
Take it from me Okey Nwosu is our next governor. To make any assessment, we must go the roots. Soludo, Ngige are trouble makers in their respective communities. Peter is a bigger trouble in the state. Okey Nwosu Ikolo Awka is a community ordaniser, last year he gave Awards to all Awka men and women aged 90years and above. He has always been a role model in his community, Anambra state and Nigeria at large. A very humble man.
Ayo Obe, on 24 Oct 2009 01:10am
Anambra people you don begin. You have even produced result before the voting. Haba Ukpak, and you got it wrong again. Why money, money, ego, owo, kwudi always. You have good people, take stolen moneyn out of this race and give Anambra a servant leader. The three are not. They are billionaires, why not get Andy the trillionaire if money is your concern. We leave in America the leaders of this God's own country are not money men but men of ideas. Did I hear of Things Fall Apart Museum, can you beat that. Don't miss that guy Nwosu, he is your man Anambra.
Onyechi, Ikem , on 24 Oct 2009 01:10am
You are biased, from what I know and you should know Soludo is not even a candidate, PDP must obey the court order in totality and not by half. Ngige should have formed a party like Tinubu did instead of importing Tinubu's AD/AC to Anambra. It will not sell, not even Awolowo was able to do that to us. Obi, one man governor in a modern world is absord. Give me the miracle woman of PPA, or Chief Nwosu of ADC any time. .
Chidi Olisa, on 24 Oct 2009 01:10am
A media like yours should inform. Or may be you have been paid to rig the election, since you have given the verdict. Money is the problem, but for us in the US we should go beyond money to educate our people. Soludo will be a disaster as governor, state or national politics is not like central banking or treasury management. Even in this Soludo failed. With Ngige and Obi Anambra state will remain divided and always at war. We need harmony in Anambra to develop the state. Tell us about Ralphs Okey Nwosu, is he not able to pay you bills. If he built APGA and now ADC I trust we should look for him and work with him for our dear Anambra state.
Chekwube Nwakor, on 24 Oct 2009 01:10am
You surprise me. for enlightened people like you to have sold victory to to these people just because they are throwing their stolen wealth around gives me cause to worry. Our Governor must come from Okey Nwosu of ADC who is a great builder or any of the others who are decent hardworking persons.
Peter should return the N250Million of the security vote which he has been siphoning monthy. Ngige should return the Maryland/Washington Mansion and Abuja estate including His Old English Hotel Resort which he built with Anambra money. Soludo should account for the over N2.5Trillion which was carted away by Bank Directors on his watch. Our bank problem is a case of stealing and embezzlement, in which other country will the regulatory authorities look the other way when bank directors harvest on investors funds collecting between N8.0billion to N25billion each. Soludo should explain how he became one of the richest African with properties in Europe, the US and Dubai within 5years. How can such a man administer Anambra with its meagre resources. The state will go bankrupt over night. In China Soludo will face firing squard as a fraudulent regulatory boss.Look inwards, be more insightful, give us Okey Nwosu, Mike Ejezie of ANPP, Dr. Obiogbolu, chief Nwafor. These are more honorable men. We do not want you to be promoting known looters, becareful, they will smear you again.
