Available below is the court transcript [29 pages] of the judgement from the Federal High Court Holden in Lagos under Justice Liman - over the make-up of INEC commissioners required to conduct an election. The Judge had ruled that INEC was ilegally constituted to conduct an election. The Judgement was handed down on February 4th 2010 - two days before the gubernatorial election in Anambra State.

It is worthy of note that the Court's judgement did not take away from the peaceful elections held in Anambra State on February 6th 2010. It did not take away from the valiant effort put forth by the INEC - as they continue their iteration towards a better electioneering process.

Having noted the above, the election that hoisted the present governor of Anambra State as Governor, according to the Court ruling, remains illegal.
